Why we do it this way
Most small businesses end up with a different supplier for every part of their technology: one for the internet, another for the phones, someone's nephew for the computers. It works until something breaks, at which point everyone points at everyone else and you're the one holding it.
We put it all on one account on purpose. Not because bundling is clever, but because when the EFTPOS stops working there is exactly one number to call and nobody can pass it on.
We're on the ground in Auckland, Taranaki and Wellington, and deliver most services nationwide. We're also the infrastructure behind several other New Zealand brands, which means we run the same kit at a scale most businesses our customers' size never see.
