Hospitality
Hospitality
When the EFTPOS goes down at 12:30, you need someone who answers.
We look after the technology cafés, restaurants and caterers run on — the internet, the phones, the EFTPOS, the computers out the back, and the platform your menu lives on. It's the same kit every venue needs, and we've set it up enough times to know where it goes wrong.
Who we work with
Payments through Windcave. The hospitality platform is EzyNomNom, which we host the infrastructure for and helped develop.
What venues actually need
A connection that survives the lunch rush
Your EFTPOS, your ordering tablets, your music and your customers' wifi all share one connection. We set it up so the payment terminal never loses to someone streaming video in the corner.
Phones that work away from the counter
Take bookings on the move, route calls to whoever is free, and stop missing the phone during service.
Security that suits a venue
Malwarebytes ThreatDown and Bitdefender on the machines that handle your takings and your rosters. Hospitality runs on shared computers in busy rooms, which is exactly the environment this protects against.
Computers that look after themselves
We install a management agent on your machines so updates happen without anyone thinking about it, and we can jump on remotely when something needs fixing — rather than driving out mid-service.
The EzyNomNom platform
Digital menus, online ordering, reservations, table management and loyalty. We host the infrastructure it runs on and helped build it, so when something needs looking at it is one conversation, not a support ticket with a software company.
EFTPOS through Windcave
Terminals, payment network access and terminal support come through our partnership with Windcave, who recommend the terminal that suits your requirements. One relationship covers the terminal and the connection it depends on — which matters, because when payments stop it is rarely obvious which of the two is at fault.

Two of the Windcave terminals. Which one suits your venue is their recommendation, not a fixed part of a package.
We built this one
EzyNomNom
The all-in-one hospitality platform. We host the infrastructure it runs on and helped develop it — so the platform, the connection underneath it and the support behind both come from the same people.
That matters more than it sounds. Most venues run six separate subscriptions from six vendors, and when something breaks between them, each one points at the others.

Same platform, three jobs
One platform, three different people using it — a diner at the table, staff on the floor, and whoever is looking at the numbers afterwards.

Scan the code on the table, browse, order. No app to install.
A sample venue — the name, menu, orders and figures are made up.
Tablets for the floor
Samsung tablets for taking orders at the table, running the counter, or letting customers order themselves. We're a Samsung Knox partner, so they arrive enrolled and configured — locked to what they're for, updated remotely, and wiped if one walks out the door.
