Supply

Hardware procurement

Kit that arrives ready to work.

Laptops, desktops, phones, networking and the licences that go with them — sourced, configured and delivered ready to use, not in a box for someone else to figure out.

What you get

  • Machines that arrive configured, joined and ready to sign into
  • Consistent specifications, so support isn't guesswork
  • Someone else dealing with warranty claims
  • Advice on what's worth spending on and what isn't
  • Old machines wiped properly and disposed of responsibly
  • Buy it outright, lease it, or take it as a managed service

What we supply

Most of it arrives configured. The point of buying hardware through the people who support it is that nobody has to spend the first day setting it up.

Three ways to buy

The equipment is the same whichever you pick — what changes is how you pay for it and who carries it afterwards.

  1. Buy it outright

The straightforward one. You own the equipment, it goes on your balance sheet, and there is nothing ongoing to think about beyond warranty.

    • Simplest arrangement, and usually the cheapest over the life of the machine
    • Right when the capital is available and the kit will be kept a while
    • Configured and delivered the same way regardless
  2. Lease or rent

Monthly instead of capital. Useful when a fleet needs replacing at once and paying for all of it in one hit is the thing standing in the way.

    • Spreads the cost rather than taking it up front
    • Suits refreshing several machines at the same time
    • Ask us to price both ways before deciding
  3. Device-as-a-Service

The hardware, the management and the support as one per-device arrangement — so a machine is a running cost with someone looking after it rather than a purchase you then have to maintain.

    • Hardware, setup, management and support together
    • Pairs with managed IT rather than sitting alongside it
    • Replacements handled as part of the arrangement

Devices we supply

We supply and manage Samsung phones and tablets, including the flagship S25 and S26 ranges. As a Samsung Knox partner we can enrol and manage devices for you, so a device arrives already set up and can be locked down or wiped remotely if it goes missing.

Tablets

Enrolled in Knox the same way the phones are — useful for a counter, a warehouse or anywhere a shared device needs to stay locked down.

How it works

  • Sourced and configured

We handle the buying and the setup. The box that arrives is ready for someone to use, not ready for someone to spend a day on — joined, updated, protected and signed in.

  • Dell, HP and Lenovo

Business ranges rather than whatever is on special at the time. They are supported nationwide, parts stay available, and specifications can be kept consistent across a fleet — which is what makes supporting them straightforward later.

  • Samsung phones and tablets

We're a Samsung Knox partner, so devices can arrive already enrolled and configured, be managed remotely, and be wiped if one goes missing. The range is below.

  • Networking and wireless

Routers, firewalls, switches and business-grade access points, plus TP-Link Deco where a mesh is the right answer. The parts that get forgotten until the first morning in a new office.

  • Licences with the hardware

We're a Microsoft Partner, so the licensing can come on the same order as the machine — Microsoft 365 and Azure, or Windows Server and CALs. One supplier, one invoice.

  • Warranty handled

When something fails under warranty, we deal with the vendor. Chasing a manufacturer is its own job and it is not one you should be doing.

  • The old machines dealt with

Replaced equipment is wiped properly and disposed of through e-waste recycling. A drive that leaves the building still holding your email is a genuine risk, and "we put them in the storeroom" is how that happens.

Common questions

Do we have to buy hardware through you?
No. If you've got a supplier you're happy with, keep them — we'll still support the equipment.
Can you spec machines for a specific job?
Yes, and it's worth asking. The right machine for someone in accounts and someone editing video are very different, and overspending on the wrong axis is common.
Buy, lease or Device-as-a-Service — which should we do?
Buying outright is usually cheapest over the life of a machine, so it is the default answer unless something argues against it. Leasing helps when a whole fleet needs replacing at once and the capital is the obstacle. Device-as-a-Service makes sense when you would rather the hardware, the management and the support were one arrangement instead of three. We will price it both ways and tell you which we would pick.
What happens to the machines we're replacing?
We wipe them properly and dispose of them through e-waste recycling. This matters more than it sounds — an old laptop in a cupboard still has the email, the files and often the saved passwords on it, and deleting the user account does not remove any of that.
Do the machines arrive set up, or do we do that?
Set up. They arrive joined to your environment, updated, with endpoint protection on and the right accounts ready to sign into. Handing someone a sealed box on their first morning is how a new starter loses a day.
How long does hardware take to arrive?
It depends entirely on the model and what is in the country at the time — some things ship immediately and some do not. Ask us before you commit to a start date rather than after, and we will tell you what is realistic for the specific machine.
Can you supply our software licences too?
Yes. We're a Microsoft Partner, so Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server licences and CALs can come through us alongside the hardware, as can endpoint protection and 1Password.
