Licensing, migration, backup and ongoing management for Microsoft 365 — plus filtering on the mail that arrives, and hosting for the servers and applications that do not belong in a SaaS product.
What you get
- Licences that match the people who actually work here
- Email, files and accounts set up so they can be handed over cleanly
- Backups of the cloud data most people assume is already backed up
- One bill instead of several renewals nobody is tracking
- Dangerous mail stopped before it reaches anyone's inbox
- Servers hosted by the same people who support them
What we look after
Microsoft 365 is where most of it lives, but the parts that cause trouble are usually the ones either side of it — what arrives in the mail, and what is left running on a server somewhere.

Platforms we're accredited on
Microsoft licensing comes through us, and the hosting runs on our own infrastructure or in AWS. The same people who supply the licences look after what runs on them.
How it works
Microsoft 365
Setup, migration and the ongoing tidying that keeps a tenant sane. We're a Microsoft Partner, so the licensing can come through us as well — cloud or on-premises, including server licences and CALs.
Backup for cloud data
Microsoft keeps the service running; keeping your data recoverable is your responsibility. That surprises a lot of people, and it is usually discovered at the worst possible moment.
Filtering on the mail that arrives
A filtering layer in front of your mailboxes, so the obvious attacks never reach anyone. Most of what actually costs New Zealand businesses money arrives looking like an ordinary invoice, and the fewer of those that land the better.
Our own mail service
We run a mail platform of our own, for businesses that want working mailboxes without a full Microsoft 365 licence each. Three shapes depending on what you need: a catch-all that forwards to wherever you already read mail, a real IMAP mailbox, or a send-only relay for applications. All of them can send; what differs is how you get at them.
Hosting on infrastructure we run
Servers, applications and websites hosted on our own VMware environment or in AWS, whichever suits the workload, with Cloudflare in front where it earns its place. We supply Azure licensing too, but for hosting we would usually put you on one of ours.
Licence review
We look at what you're paying for versus who is actually using it — including licences still assigned to people who left. It usually pays for itself.
Taking over someone else's tenant
Inherited a tenant nobody has the admin password for, or set up by someone you have parted ways with? That is a routine job rather than a special case, and it is worth doing before you need to change something urgently.

Domain registration and renewal through our Dreamscape Networks partnership, with DNS, protection and hosting run on our own systems — so the records that decide whether your mail arrives are ours to change, not someone else's to get around to.
